How long will it take to receive my order?

 

- All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY •Standard Processing time for hair is within 7 -10. business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.

How can I track my order?

- Once your order undergoes processing and is dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number via the email you supplied during checkout. The email should contain a link that will take you directly to the USPS website for tracking your order. In case the link is not provided, you can visit usps.com/tracking to monitor the progress of your order as it makes its way to you. Please note that a signature is necessary for confirming delivery.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

- Once an order is placed, it is non-cancellable. Refunds will not be provided for shipments that are abandoned or refused. Address modifications cannot be accommodated after an order is confirmed. It is crucial to ensure that the correct address is entered, including any additional details like an apartment number. Once an order is initiated, no cancellations can be processed.

How many bundles will I need?

- For a complete installation with hair lengths ranging from 12 to 16 inches, we suggest using 2-3 bundles. If the length is between 18 and 22 inches, 3 bundles are recommended. For hair measuring 24 inches or longer, we advise using at least 4 bundles to achieve a fuller appearance.

I’m not satisfied with my hair can I get a refund?

- A 10% fee is applicable to all refunds to account for merchant fees. If you choose to return the hair for any reason, you have a 72-hour window to initiate the return process. Refund requests made after this 72-hour period will not be honored. It is imperative that the hair remains in its original condition as when it was dispatched (unwashed, Zip ties still attached and untampered with); failure to do so will result in the denial of a refund. Refunds are not granted for hair that has already been installed.

Should I seal my wefts?

- Regardless of our elite quality of hair, sealing your wefts using Fray Check is always strongly recommended to ensure longevity and minimize shedding. 

Can I dye my bundles?

- While you have the option to color the hair, it's essential to note that once Raw hair undergoes any treatment, it loses its Raw status. Ensure that color-treated hair is maintained with proper conditioning and moisturization. Seek Professional assistance.
