Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

All orders are subject to a 5-14 Business Day processing time. (Processing time may be shorter depending on stock)
Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY Shipping for a flat rate of $13.50 requiring a signature. Please Note: Processing time may be extended for hair lengths 32” or longer .

Signature Required:
All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Undelivered Due to Missed Signature:
If your package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or no signature available, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We will contact you once the package is returned to arrange reshipment. -
Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to address errors. - Shipping Delays:
We are not liable for carrier delays, weather issues, or events beyond our control once your order has shipped. - Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.

A 10% fee is applicable to all refunds to account for merchant fees. If you choose to return the hair for any reason, you have a 72-hour window from the delivered date to initiate the return process. Refund requests made after this 72-hour period will not be honored. To be eligible for return, It is mandatory that the hair remains in its original condition and packaging as when it was dispatched (unwashed, Zip ties still attached and untampered with); failure to do so will result in the denial of a refund. Refunds are not granted for hair that has already been installed. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. It is encouraged that you purchase package insurance thru the carrier and require a signature. Her Hair Empire Llc is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
To Request A Refund, Contact us at Admin@HerHairEmpire.com - Order Cancellations:Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to the product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
At Her Hair Empire, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. When you make a purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include our final sale and refund policy.

We maintain records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and delivery tracking to provide to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence, which may include your IP address, order details, shipping information, and correspondence.
We reserve the right to block customers who file false chargebacks or disputes from placing future orders.
