Welcome to Her Hair Empire. By accessing or purchasing from our website (HerHairEmpire.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Use of Website

You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the site without written permission from Her Hair Empire.

3. Product Availability & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product details, including photos and descriptions. However, because raw hair is 100% natural, variations in color, texture, and wave/curl pattern are expected. Availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or product unavailability.

5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in USD. Her Hair Empire reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Returns & Refunds 

All sale items are final.

  • A 10% fee is applicable to all refunds to account for merchant fees. If you choose to return the hair for any reason, you have a 72-hour window from the delivered date to initiate the return process. Refund requests made after this 72-hour period will not be honored. To be eligible for return, It is mandatory that the hair remains in its original condition and packaging as when it was dispatched (unwashed, Zip ties still attached and untampered with); failure to do so will result in the denial of a refund. Refunds are not granted for hair that has already been installed. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. It is encouraged that you purchase package insurance thru the carrier and require a signature. Her Hair Empire Llc is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are subject to a 5-14 Business Day processing time. (Processing time may be shorter depending on stock)
    Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY Shipping for a flat rate of $12 requiring a signature. Please Note: Processing time may be extended for hair lengths 32” or longer .
  • Signature Required:
    All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
  • Undelivered Due to Missed Signature:
    If your package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or no signature available, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. We will contact you once the package is returned to arrange reshipment.
  • Incorrect Addresses:
    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to address errors.
  • Shipping Delays:
    We are not liable for carrier delays, weather issues, or events beyond our control once your order has shipped.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.
  • Order Cancellations:Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted under ANY circumstances. This includes changes to the product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

At Her Hair Empire, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. When you make a purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include our final sale and refund policy.

Before initiating a dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly at Admin@HerHairEmpire.com so we can resolve any issues promptly.

Important Notes:

  • Submitting a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of our store policies.

  • We maintain records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and delivery tracking to provide to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence, which may include your IP address, order details, shipping information, and correspondence.

We reserve the right to block customers who file false chargebacks or disputes from placing future orders.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of Her Hair Empire and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Her Hair Empire shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
